Branch-level access control

In one sentenceSetting user permissions so a user sees and works only on the data of their own branch or warehouse, while management sees all branches.

Simply put

An employee at the Jeddah branch does not need to see the Riyadh branch's sales or edit its inventory. Branch-level access protects the data and reduces errors between branches.

It is set together with screen and operation permissions: what the user does, and in which branch.

Example

A pharmacy chain gives each branch manager permission to see his branch's sales and inventory and to transfer items from it, while the purchasing manager sees the balances of all branches to distribute goods among them.

Don't confuse it with

User roles and permissionsRoles define what the user does, and branch access defines which data they do it on.
