Clearance
In one sentenceA mechanism in the second phase of e-invoicing in which the tax invoice is sent to the FATOORA platform for clearance before it is delivered to the buyer.
Simply put
A tax invoice between businesses is not valid for delivery until the platform clears it and adds its stamp and its QR code.
If the platform rejects the invoice because of an error in its data, you correct it and resend it before delivering it to the customer.
Example
A contracting establishment issued an invoice to a corporate customer. The system sent it to the FATOORA platform, the clearance came back within seconds, and then it was sent to the customer.
Don't confuse it with
ReportingClearance is before delivery, for the tax invoice; reporting is after delivery, for the simplified invoice, within 24 hours.
