Cryptographic stamp identifier

CSID

In one sentenceA digital certificate issued by ZATCA for each invoicing unit after entering a verification code (OTP) from the FATOORA portal, used to cryptographically stamp invoices.

Simply put

Each invoicing unit (a cashier device, a system, or a branch) needs its own certificate, so one device's certificate is not copied to another.

The certificate has a validity period and must be renewed before it expires so that invoice submission does not stop.

Example

A restaurant chain with three branches and two cashier devices in each branch: six stamp certificates are created, one for each device, after entering a verification code from the FATOORA portal on each device.

Don't confuse it with

Cryptographic stampThe certificate is issued once per invoicing unit; the stamp is applied to every invoice.
