E-commerce integration

In one sentenceLinking the online store to the business's system, so orders reach it automatically and prices and quantities in the store are updated from the warehouse balance.

Simply put

Without integration, the online store sells an item that has run out in the warehouse, or an employee enters every order twice. With integration there is one inventory and one set of sales.

The online order becomes an invoice in the system with its journal entry and VAT, and appears in sales reports alongside branch sales.

Example

A perfume shop sells in its branch and in its online store. When the last two bottles of a perfume are ordered online, they are deducted from the system balance immediately, so the branch does not sell them to another customer in the same hour.

Don't confuse it with

API integrationThe API is the technical means, and store integration is one of its uses.
