Mudad platform

In one sentenceAn online platform businesses use to manage salaries and upload the wage file to the Wage Protection System, to verify employees' wages are paid on time.

Simply put

After preparing the payroll and transferring it, the business uploads the wage data through the Mudad platform so it is matched with what was actually paid under the Wage Protection System.

So three things must match: the wage in the contract, the wage in the payroll, and what was transferred to the bank. Any difference between them shows up as a finding against the business.

Example

A contracting business paid the month's salaries by bank transfer, then the accountant uploaded the wage file on the Mudad platform, and a difference appeared for one employee because a new allowance had not been updated in his contract.

Don't confuse it with

Wage protection systemThe Wage Protection System is the oversight program itself, while Mudad is a platform the business uses to manage salaries and upload its file to this program.
