Accounting automation

In one sentenceThe system creating journal entries, adjustments and reports automatically from the operations themselves, instead of the accountant entering them by hand one by one.

Simply put

With automation, the invoice, the voucher and the monthly depreciation entry create their own journal entries. The accountant's role shifts from data entry to review and analysis.

The result: less time, fewer entry errors and a faster month-end close. But the initial setup matters: a correct chart of accounts and linking each type of operation to its accounts.

Worked example

A business issues 600 invoices a month, and entering each invoice's journal entry by hand takes two minutes.

Monthly invoices600 invoices
Manual entry time per invoiceTwo minutes
Monthly time600 × 2 = 1,200 minutes
Time saved by automation = 1,200 ÷ 6020 hours a month
