1. Who we are
This website (fullscreen.com.sa) is operated by Fullscreen For Information Technology, Commercial Registration no. 7011389546, VAT number 313013548600003, headquartered at Al Khamis Square, Al Diyafah District, Khamis Mushait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We refer to it here as "FullScreen" or "we". For any question about your data, email us at info@fullscreen.com.sa.
2. The data we collect
- What you type into the website's forms: Such as your name, business name, mobile number, email and the details of your request, in quote, demo, contact, support and other requests.
- When you use the free tools: Your name, mobile number, email and role, plus a short line summarising the result in figures.
- What is saved automatically with a request: Its type, time, page language and approximate city.
- If you join the partner program: your name, mobile number, email, type of work, city and office name, and we link to you the requests that reach us through you.
Your files never leave your device. What you open in the tools, such as trial balances, bank statements and invoices, is processed inside your browser and is never sent to us or stored by us. We use no ads and no third-party tracking tools.
3. How we use your data
- To answer your request and contact you about it.
- To tell you about our services and products if you agree, and you can stop this at any time.
- To publish your review when you send one, under your business name and role only. We never publish your personal name or mobile number.
- To improve the website, using aggregated statistics that identify no one.
4. Who can see your data
Only our authorised staff, and the technical service providers needed to run the website, such as hosting and email, to the extent necessary. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes, except where official authorities require it by law.
If you reached us through one of our partners, the partner sees only your business name and the status of your request, not your mobile number or the details of your request.
If you are a partner accountant and choose to be listed in the accountants directory, we publish only what you wrote, your photo or firm logo if you uploaded one, and the contact method you chose. You can remove the photo or hide yourself from it at any time.
What you type into the “FullScreen Assistant” is processed by FullScreen AI Model at an external AI provider to write the reply, and the provider does not use it to train its models under its terms. We keep the conversation text, without a name or IP address, for 90 days to improve the service, and our sales team can read it. If you type your mobile number or email and press “Yes, contact me”, we save it as a request and our team will contact you.
What you write in “Suggest a system for me” is processed by FullScreen AI Model at the same AI provider to suggest the right modules, and we do not keep it unless you send it in a quote request.
When your request arrives, FullScreen AI Model, at the same AI provider, writes an internal summary of it that helps our sales team, without sending your name, mobile number or email.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the website to work, such as remembering your language and protecting forms. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
If you open the site from one of our partners' links, your browser keeps the partner code for 60 days so we know who introduced you when you request a quote.
If you are a partner and sign in to your page, we keep a secure sign-in cookie for 30 days, deleted when you sign out.
6. Retention and protection
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete it. We protect it with an encrypted connection, limited access rights and two-factor sign-in for our staff.
7. Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to know how your data is used, to access it, to correct it, to request its deletion, and to withdraw your consent to marketing contact. Email us at info@fullscreen.com.sa.
